Ron Paul Supporter Uncovers Iowa Vote Discrepancy (CNN video)

This could be a possible game - changer. Destroys the meme that Romney won the first two primaries.

This matters a great deal to the Santorum camp, but little can be done about it now. It lends credibility to the Ron Paul camp in that one of our own brought it to light, and solidifies what we've been concerned about all along. I have to wonder how many people will be labeling us conspiracy theorists now. This further discredits the electoral process.

Eh, no difference for us. Can help the Santorum camp get a little momentum, that's all I predict.

Hot topics please.
Why?

What I don't understand is, how can they can getting away with forwarding these totally made up numbers for the delegate count, as if they were real? No delegates have yet been assigned. That happens in June. It's not that complicated. It would only take a couple sentences to explain that. I just did. Two sentences, ten words. This 7-7-7 thing is as brainless as 9-9-9. Very likely, Ron Paul will get the most delegates from Iowa, over-performing his straw vote tally. Romney will likely out-perform too, Santorum will probably under-perform, I personally think he probably won't get any, and of course anyone who drops out by June won't get any*. In the end, maybe Ron Paul will get 16 of Iowa's 28 delegates, Romney 12, and everyone else zip.

* Unless their supporters are fanatically dedicated, e.g.: us. Ron Paul will get delegates even if he drops out.

This is why it's great that independent grassroots people were "watching the vote" in Iowa. I'm surprised we haven't turned up more discrepancies, but then, maybe there weren't Ron Paul supporters at every precinct, and maybe many were not as vigilant as Mr. Edward True.

If you lived in Iowa, this should be good motivation: go back and check your "official" precinct vote tally.

yea this sucks could put us in 4th in sc

Possibly. If Grinch gets hit by whatever news comes out and by Santy voters going back to Santy, he could fall back below Paul. Romney could get hit by taking second place in Iowa and hopefully by his tax shelter stuff. If they come down far enough and Ron Paul gains a few and beats poll numbers he could do pretty well.

I know a guy who was in western Iowa (Council Bluffs) who said RP overwhelmingly won 3 precincts at his caucus. When watching the polls on CNN it showed Santorum in the lead in that area and then Romney but never Paul. I find this odd knowing that it's a college town and the type of people that live there especially after hearing his story. It would be something if RP actually did better than what we think. Even if he did, I'm afraid the damage might be done.
