Today the Iowa GOP has now certified its results.

Santorum the winner by 34

The loser; the Iowa GOP and MSM Credibility. I highly doubt that Iowa will be allowed by the national GOP to be first any longer.

Still, will Santorum be officially declared as a winner or they declare split decision?
