I meant to say border locked.
Georgia isn't the best state but I cannot just get up and move. Where I live it is pretty rural so its not too bad. And that is another disadvantage with New England, high population density.
Those northern states like Wyoming and Montana would be the best choices for the FSP, imo.
New Hampshire is currently the freest state. The question is how long that will hold up.
What question? It's getting freer every year. The only question is, is how far will NH outpace the rest of the country...scratch that..the question is, what state other than NH is moving in the right direction? ZERO.
Also, VT, ME, and NH, have some of the lowest population density in the entire country. The only state that really compares to them are places like Wyoming and Alaska.
Here are the population statistics in case you are wondering (NH borders VT and ME by the way):
NH - 1,300,000
VT - 626,000
ME - 1,300,000
Now:
GA - 10,000,000
SC - 4,600,000
FL - 19,000,000
As far as Wyoming and Montana go...sure, but if you can't even get people to move to NH how in the hell are you going to get people to move to Wyoming or Montana!
