Youtube limits the views to make sure the aren't fake views being made by refreshing the page from 1 person over and over to generate fake views. Also checks against proxies refreshing. They lock once it hits 301

Real good interview! Ron looks rested and ready to fight! I can see why they wanted some down time for him (although... uuuhhhh... the race is on... RUN!) Clearly it helped.
