Ron Paul in good shape. Read this.

I'll go out on a limb and state that Guiliani isn't interested in winning the GOP nomination nor the presidency. He is interested in using the elections as a media platform to create an association between 'Guiliani' and 'Terrorism' so that he can sell more work for his various law/consulting/etc companies... if he wants the job of chief executive of the US so bad, why do you think he refuses to give up executive control of his organizations?

It would be nice to see a more complete analysis of total dollars spent per vote by anybody who has those numbers.

The numbers listed here show that Thompson and Huckabee spent the same amount as RP, which by themselves don't really show me how RP has any real advantage. Juxtapose these numbers against total dollars raised by the campaign and then I'd see it as more meaningful.

Ball,

Has anyone seen Ron's exploratory committee video?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPlPT4bncq8

He can break down the issues into a series of 30-minute clips. This would work a hell of a lot better than a narrator speaking over some video transitions and US flags. The more you make it look like a presidential ad, the quicker people will mute the TV.

This is my favorite ad. But I think he could do even better.

What he needs to do is win people over to the values and ideas instead of trying to win with campaign positions.

Money is good, but PLEASE be kind to reporters and the public in general.

Yelling into bullhorns and marching like brownshirts is not winning us any votes.

Kindly pass around DVD's. That works great and it's non-confrontational.

Right. Being confrontational only adds fuel to the MSM fire that we are a bunch of low lifes, hoodlums, wackos, etc.

I don't have all the numbers, you have to try to dig them out from around the blogosphere.

I do know that RP has spent a higher proprtion than the others on radio ads & direct mail. But the really big money goes to TV.

The main point is that in future primaries, and especially Super Tuesday, RP should have as much money for ads as the other 5 GOP candidates combined.

Basically, RP is not running a front loaded campaign. As long as RP keeps beating at least some of the top tier candidates before Super Tuesday, the strategy may work.

ill add that they need 1192 delegates to get the Republican nomination. So far Romney leads with 17

even better

No one else has anything close to the grass roots army of the revolution to complement the war chest. True, we aren't as disciplined as we could be, but we are just getting started.

A credible case can be made that any given candidate is going to lose. Remember the "Dewey Defeats Truman" headline?

We are in this thing. They know it and that's why they dog-pile on the Doc.
Don't get derailed. We have a simple, powerful and popular message.

Restore our rights. Stop the spending. Stop the War.

These neocons are playing dirty. They know they are losing. It's gonna get bloody, but like the axe-weilding leutenant of William Wallace said "we didn't get dressed up for nothing."

Is somebody figuring out how and where we can get those delegates? I hope.

1. BE a delegate. Check with your state HQ or local MeetUp group to get details for your area.

2. BE a precinct leader and help get out the vote: https://voters.ronpaul2008.com/grassroots/

3. "You must BE the change you wish to see in the world." -Mahatma Gandhi

And above all, please, be courteous and polite when speaking to potential supporters - even if they currently support someone else. If their candidate drops out, we want them to remember Ron Paul and his supporters in a good way, not as militant, belligerant, confrontational or rude.

All the money and all the ads in the world will not make a difference if we do not each do our part.

Dr. Paul most likely has more cash on hand than all his opponents combined. He is not drastically front-loading his spending. After adjusting for campaign overhead, he should be able to out-advertise his combined opponents by 2-1. That's a 10-1 advantage, on the average, per candidate. He has more grassroots support than all his opponents combined. He has the biggest donor base for future fundraising. He has the best campaign message and wins all the debates. He dominates the Internet. He dominates the landscape with campaign signs and bumper stickers.

We can overcome the MSM, polling bias, and the GOP establishment. We need to make the MLK Day moneybomb a big one!
