Ron Paul forces staged organizational coups this weekend in Nevada and Maine, where they won a majority of the delegates who will represent their states at the Republican National Convention in Tampa. In addition, Paul won most of the delegates thus far selected by the Iowa GOP. The coups follow up Paul campaign victories a week earlier in Louisiana and Massachusetts, where Paul supporters dominated district caucuses.

In any Revolution its always a fact that the younger, more energetic and physically more adept at the stress of combat are put on the front lines, and the older, less energetic and less capable to confront the stresses of combat are put in a more benign and less stressful duties like funding, advisory positions, keeping morale high, and doing some dirty work as needed...etc...we are out there. Make no mistake.

wow- you should hear the sour grapes on local (las vegas) talk radio regarding the convention. the host and his guests (GOP-Romney backers) are all bitching about the nasty ron paul people and how they won and how the whole process needs to be thrown out. i feel half pissed off but half glad to hear it. they were beat on their own terms and after what happened here in nevada after the primaries...it's a great win and a good feeling. finally ron paul is getting the airtime he deserves-even if it is in a mostly negative light.

It feels so good to win. Maine was simply incredible! My hat is off to Eric Brakey, Brent Tweed and all the gang that pulled this off. It was a wonderfully executed plan with perfect results. Yeah Maine!!!
