Don't you think they can get that info somewhere else so the letters would be bigger. I hate to pay for all that space and not use it all and be seen the farthest away.IMO.

I think La Mancha has the right idea. It is too tempting to get carried away with adding unnecessary characters and/or decorations. I think (unfortunately) the way to go is to keep it simple and BIG. As big as possible so that people can easily read it with one quick glance out of their side window of their car as they are driving. All the extras look fantastic for a screensaver picture or something but will only go unnoticed by the naked eye in a real world situation. We need to go for basic communication. I think we need just 3 words: "Ron Paul President". So I guess what I am saying is that the judges of this art contest should give more weight to function over form. And unfortunately the 2 are often at conflict with each other.

But we should have little rEVOLution logos, slogans, etc. that could only be seen by binoculars or a video camera zooming in on the tail fins or wherever.

We need a epic visual of a Ron Paul Blimp flying over the Boston Harbor to simulate the Boston Tea Party.

Be creative. His face on the front of the blimp may be a good idea. The blimp will only be ready in time if we use banners. They are 30 x 90 feet and there is one on each side. This may not necessarily be the final design for the blimp but this will be used for promotion of the blimp to the public.

Preferably use the Skyship 600 as a model.

Be creative. There will be a open poll vote in the Ron Paul Forums to determine the winner.

I'm not an artist, but I'd like to suggest "Let Freedom Fly" as a slogan, and the blimp christened as Freedom. This will play in well with more marketing.

I like the ring of "Ron Paul President". I think you don't even need to write "Ron Paul for President". Without the "for" it's almost a bit more bold and cocky.

I am on board with the blimp idea. It is something we can see and take pride in as a group. There is no pride or excitement to "targeted advertisement". That is for the HQ to do.
