Ron Paul Blimp artwork contest! Winner gets a blimp ride!

R3VOLUTION should have been on both sides.

I understand that a decision needed to be made. But I still say the "who's Ron Paul"

sounds like he's still unknown. That's like saying "who's Mitt Romney." It doesn't make sense.

With the campaign money from the Tea Party 07, the campaign will have plenty of free publicity on main stream media PLUS millions for more TV Ads.

I still support the "R3VOLUTION" LOGO on both sides for all the reasons I posted above!

I still run into 90% of people who have not heard of Ron, where do you live that everybody knows of him?

You have a point there. I just really like the "R3VOLUTION" LOGO!

If people look up and see a huge blimp with RON PAUL R3VOLUTION on it,

don't you think people would think.... who's Ron Paul?

I know I would. The logo will definitely STICK in their minds!

Then they see people wearing the "Ron Paul R3VOLUTION" t-shirts!

They might come and ask the wearer... I saw a blimp today with that "R3VOLUTION" logo...

who's Ron Paul? You know, those BIG letters that spelled RON PAUL.

The RP supporter will tell them who he is and what he stands for.

That makes sense if you follow my reasoning. Just sounding out some thoughts.

I still think "R3VOLUTION" should have been on both sides. I'm just happy "R3VOLUTION" is on the Ron Paul blimp!!!!

This is a blimp, in the sky, seen by everyone, so I think "who is" is appropriate. If this was an ad on a news channel, then it would be different.

Ron Paul blimp artwork

I'm just commenting on the artwork throwing out ideas.

I think it looks GREAT!

Here is just a thought... If Google is on the blimp, shouldn't they be paying something for that advertising? Also I think the "google ron paul" letters could be made wider so it matches the horizontal long red bar. Makes it bigger and easy to read from farther off.

Just some thoughts.

It works even better on TV because their announcers have to tell their audience who Ron Paul is.

"google" has pretty much become a common verb in everyday English. I think the size of the lettering is fine, but hard to tell without a full-sized blimp to look at.

You are correct... the word is now in the dictionary.
It is being used as a verb (not a noun) on the blimp as per proper dictionary usage.

Just an aside to this. Google is not big on people using google as a verb. I'm not sure why but they have tried to discourage it. Cats out of the bag I think.

Come on, only on the internets. I think the blimp will have a greater impact on people who don't use internet or rarely watch TV as they are more likely to be outside looking up to the sky.
Not everybody is connected you know.

most people are connected, most people know what "google" is.
if not, they will google it.
