Ron Paul 2016?

I think it's Ron Paul or bust. That's just me. The establishment will not allow Rand to win. We will not take this Country back with a vote.

I think the liberal ones will retire so a liberal President can replace them.

I think the conservative ones will hold on until there's another GOP President.

It would be amazing if all of them stayed and died Rand's 1st year in office... in his 4 years he could potentially pick 5 new justices. That would shift the course to an entirely new level... 5 liberty minded justices would be absurd.

That would be glorious :D

Yeah Justices do tend to step down when their party is in office. I don't like the way Justices are chosen.

We are not going to take the country back anyway. Not with Rand or Ron. So screw it. I am going to try and live a happy life.

Sincerely,

Slutter McGee

I will absolutely support this. Should I change my County FaceBook Page to Ron Paul 2016 awhile ? LOL

What is everyone changing their state and county pages to anyway ?

I'd love it. Many on this board however will try to push Rand. I think Rand is a compromise we in the Liberty are making for the general Republican party. I think it should be the ONLY compromise.

It's past time to stop being clingy. Ron Paul ain't going to run again in 2016. Let him enjoy his retirement and stop trying to make him into the GOP equivalent of Lyndon LaRouche and Ralph Nader. He's already ran for President three times. As Pat Buchanan said, when asked about running in 2004: "after three attempts, America's had their say on a Buchanan presidency."

What's the Venn diagram overlap between the "Ron Paul 2016!" crowd and the people claiming Ron Paul could still win the GOP nomination in July 2012? About 85%?

Like Buchanan, Paul has ran three times, twice with GOP and once in the general election as a third party candidate, and the American electorate has spoken.

Nothing destroys a following better than to keep running until your polling numbers start falling on each run. You become a joke.

Yep. There's a certain contingency that will never stop campaigning for Ron Paul for president. When he's long gone, they'll still exist in the form of a new religion with its own holidays, jargon, and sacraments.

I don't want him to have to campaign again.. I just want him as POTUS

in lieu of that.. wouldn't it be grand if he got nominated to the supreem court?

Is Ron Paul's corpse running in 2035?? These threads are getting ridiculous. Leave the poor man alone. He is a national treasure and deserves some much needed R & R, as opposed to another sadistic presidential run.

If Ron was in his 50's, I'd actually think about a 2016 Ron Paul run for president. But, if Ron Paul was in his 50's, he wouldn't have 30 years of provable conservatism to back him up.

There will never be another Ron Paul..

Some young kid, probably about 18yrs old told me the other day, "I can't stand that guy".... I responded, "Someday, you'll wish he was still around".... He laughed at me..So I told him, "Don't forget his name. You'll be hearing it for a long time"... I was thinking about all the media attention Ron Paul will be getting if the economy collapses like the Soviets did.

And of course out of necessity, will still exist in the form of the Ron Paul Revolution electing/funding mini-me Ron Paulers to every branch of the Federal Government and to state/local positions of every kind. :p

No, that's what the rest of us will be doing. The NOBP crowd wants nothing to do with anyone else.
