No, I think you and a small minority are not on the same page as all of us, who can get past our small differences because we see the big picture. We have a number of necessary demands for our support that Romney is not willing to do, most notably on foreign policy, sound money, real budget cuts, no liberty-stripping laws like NDAA and the Patriot Act. These are not small demands, but vital ones to those in this movement.
What hurts the movement is selling out and getting tied in with a politican who doesn't stand for the exact reasons that attracted us all to Dr. Paul in the first place.
Not to mention it would be political suicide, with the Obama rhetoric machine kicking into high gear, and Romney and Ron can't even get on the same message, and they won't, because they don't agree on quite a few HUGE topics and Ron doesn't compromise in his rhetoric, which will contradict Romney's. Neither will go for that.
Please stop with this Romney/Ron alliance. If there is one, then it's only mutual interest to get the other 2 out of the way first before they duke it out... He'd concede the election for Rand's sake before he jumped on with Romney in a move that could destroy the whole movement. Ron doesn't want it. Romney doesn't want it. Stop dreaming....
