That is a long way to limp with that rifle in your pants. There is no cover on the roof. So this suspect is on the roof taking gun out of pants and assembling and lying in prone for how long, where he can easily be seen by anyone? If it were a coordinated effort or conspiracy, I would have gotten a ride/dropped off and picked up too. Imagine that had he been picked up in that parking lot by someone or even had a car parked there, close to where he jumped off the roof, he would not have been caught. Furthermore one would have to wonder why not release entire footage of him shooting and everything? If I am not mistaken that was a fixed camera pointing at him so it should have the entire footage of the shooting on video. Maybe I missed something.
