Revolution PAC to air TV programing and commercials in Florida

There's a good chance a donor contacted RevPAC and donated on the condition that the money be used only for airing the documentaries.

then he should have donated it outside the campaign context unless they are actively trying to hurt Ron.

It's filled with inaccurate quotations and spurious storytelling. While I support the overall goal of the film, it is not done well.

And that is a huge problem, tied to Ron. If they just wanted to make their own statement, why tie it to Ron? This is not his.

Nor hurt us. If anything, it could be small net plus and open a few eyes.

actually some react very negatively. If they just want to go around running someone else's movies, can't they do it in a way that doesnt pull Ron into it? Ron never agreed to sponsor THEIR projects.

If Newt or Romney's PAC did anything like this, there would be some major restructuring in the leadership..

Thirded...

Wasn't RevPAC formed to help Ron Paul get elected?

Perhaps those old Avaroth videos.. those were classics. One of his is what actually turned me.

Perhaps some of them can be run rather than the freedom to fascism. I admit, I don't think it would hurt - but I might not be objective enough to make a determination.

Perhaps AdamT can speak on what the impetus for them to do it was. who knows.

Well, FtF isn't any worse than Michael Moore's "documentaries" in terms of manipulation and out-of-context dialogue.

I hope the PAC doesn't air something like "Loose Change" though.

Do people actually watch those small channels anymore?

I would think they would just go to the internet and watch stuff on youtube or something.

May be a big waste of money. They could have short commercials on the big stations showing little glimpses of freedom related stuff people don't know about, teasers, and show a youtube browser window, let people go searching and save money that way because it's all on youtube.

Who are they trying to hit with all this anyway? Grandpa that already knows all this stuff but still watches local TV?

NASA people in FL are not going to rock their government cushy boat they live on.

Yeah but they aren't being run by RON PAUL'S Presidential SuperPac. THAT is the problem. Gary and those guys can screen this on their own time with their own, not raised to promote Ron money, any time they want. It is the fact that they supposedly exist to promote Ron that makes this the problem. I wouldn't want Michael Moores documentaries tied to Ron either.

I saw this a while ago. I dont remember RP's role in the documentary.

He was one of the several interviewees in the doc. I don't think this will hurt us honestly, the bigger problem I have with it is that it's definitely a wasted investment on RevPac's part. Most certainly won't get us any more supporters, either.
