This issue of moving topics into their proper section is fine. However I just have a particular issue with moving the Liberty Rally Donation post because since it was moved the donations have almost stopped. We are at about $300 but got $200 in the first few hours today. Please at least let this topic be raised back into the general section. It's just to important to dismiss.

Besides that I don't have any issues with Foo.

He moved mine that was a particular request for a Ron Paul written essay on the states having the abortion issue given back to them to decide. It was on the front forum originally when my son posted it and he went back and could not find it so I posted another to the front page. I needed the quote rather quickly as we have Mastodon on the near side of tipping the fence to play a headliner for an RP all day and evenng fundraiser and an endorsement, having just come off tour with Metallica getting them to even play would be a huge deal for getting RP's name out to people who would like his message and get all whooped up..

But no..some military clown in australia gotta try to outguess my campaign strategy and tactics and deep six my thread so it gets little attention. Thankfully dustanconstantine held a grip on it and found me what I needed. Now maybe i can get that coveted mastodon headline slot filled and possibly an endorsement.

The guy is only trying to keep threads in their proper section of the forum. Calm down a little. Not everything needs to be in RP News and Discussion. And if everything is, you're gonna lose a lot of important threads to 2nd, 3rd, etc pages because of everything being posted.

That happened to the Philly rally for a while two days ago.

As I said elsewhere, why are you all wasting your time reading the "news" forum rather than "strategies for success"? Isn't that where the important discussion REALLY should be? Are you all passive supporters of Ron Paul or active ones?

no, but i saw a tv report on the coming olympics in china - and - believe it or not, they (the government) try to teach the chinese how to stand in a queue when getting into a bus or into the stadium - to make an orderly impression on the international press socialism at its best

I just want to tell you all a little story about a lesson my 6th grade teacher taught us that I have never forgotten. One day he announced a surprise test. He handed out a piece of paper with a list of instructions on it. We all started following the instructions. They instructed us to do stupid things, like crawl under our desks, beat our chests like gorillas, etc. The entire class was doing these stupid things...that was until we got to the last instruction-Ignore all the above instructions and just stay seated at your desk. We all failed.

You see, we had failed to read the first instruction-Read the entire test before beginning it.

The moral of the story-there are clear descriptions of what belongs in each of the forums here. Read those descriptions and you will realize that most of your posts have no business in the news forum and are better placed elsewhere.

One would never get anything done if one lined up in Egypt. But the great thing about Egypt is when there is a line, women are allowed to go to the front of it or the person at the window will alternate between men and women, but there are always less of the latter!

Yeah.. Howabout he moved a thread whle i was atempting to get Ron Paul message about abortion and states jurisdiction. First it was about Ron Paul. It was news that he had made through his previous writings but I had to locate it quickly. The front forum is good for that. Why did I need this so quickly. To nail down Mastodon, whom, if you do not know has had a string of hit albums, top 10 college radio hits and just cam off tour with matallica. They wpuld play but they did not like Dr Pauls stance when the wife of the drummer walked by and said "He is pro life". So wifey got a say but if i got the rational and proof in Ron's words that he would not lord it over at the Federal level and have it be a States Rights issue then they would commit. The outcome of that would have been a giant boost in the 18-25 demographic. So..why did that get moved to General News and Discussion when.

A. It was not generally yakking about abortion
B. It was trying to fnd words and statements issued by Ron Paul
C. The gathering together of the proper sets of words will make for an extremly successful event with 3000-10000 people showing up over the day.

Very poor moderation and a guaranteed board killer if it keeps up.

Every time i went there every thread was not bolded/marked as read and I will be damned if I am gonna sift through that to see what was read and not. The front page of RP News and Discussions kept me as informed as i needed to be and led me all over the internet.
