I think most here will enjoy this.

You laughed at him. You made fun of him. You called him extreme, a gadfly, a kook, and many other trite terms of marginalization. His only crime was the truth in stark contrast to every calculated, vacuous platitude uttered by his Republican opponents. Now I can’t help but imagine Ron Paul sitting in his easy chair surrounded by gold and silver bullion smiling knowingly saying, “Who’s laughing now, bitches?!”

Seriously, Ron Paul has to put out a 5-second video on the Campaign for Liberty's YouTube channel and just say, "Told you so." :D

Dugg, commented, and shouted.

To be totally objective Romney would have stood a chance as well. All this election maters is the economy and like it or not Romney was considered very strong on the economy.

I'm getting ready to have a shirt made that reads, "Don't blame me, I voted for RON PAUL."

Agreed, but "Republicans, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney were your only hope" doesn't sound as good. :)

The neocons have done a pretty good job of completely destroying any message of, or vehicle for, limited government, national sovereignty, non-intervention, free markets and liberty.

They have paved the way for the globalist agenda, just like their puppet masters told them to.

Aided and abetted by masses of asses that damn well should have know better.

Fucking assholes. I hope Iraq was worth it, you fucking jerks.:mad::mad:

How perfect this would have been with Mr. Paul as the pres elect. We would have already been on the road to recovery

The republican party sure hasn't abandoned the Iraq war sinking ship. You figure after the 2006 massacre they would have wised up and accepted a compromise withdrawal plan. But instead they said "full speed ahead"....all the way to a long, long minority in congress and the loss of the White House.

All this, and when the new gigantic democratic majority and Obama start the withdrawal, they'll still be screaming about "surrender" and that other BS. So not only do they get to be a small minority in congress, the neocon-wing of the republican party doesn't get what it wants in Iraq. All-around failure.

Now America will pay for their stupidity with four years MINIMUM of Obama and a democrat-controlled congress pushing this country towards socialism. I hope they're satisfied.

Exactly. I think I stole that "Hope Iraq was worth it" line from you. If so, props!;)

Those of us who sacrificed our time, money, and (yes) voted for Ron Paul can have the satisfaction of knowing that we don't share any of the blame of the coming economic collapse.

President Bush has done more to ruin this country than Gore or Kerry ever could have. He somehow convinced America that he is conservative. Now everyone thinks destroying the constitution, policing the world, unrestrayed spending, socialism are now conservative values. And now there will be a socialist super-majority and install cap & trade, universal healthcare, fairness doctorine, 90% tax brackets and will take years to recover (if it is even possible)

Glenn Beck made a good point today... the two times there were socialist super-majorities was during "new deal" and the "great society", the second one, which ended the gold standard (straight from Beck's mouth).

I feel as though I should sever some prison time for voting for him (twice).:mad::mad:

This article that came out today is the perfect aguement for republicans reminding them why they need Ron Paul.

I think a Republican wrote this article. Conservative columnist David Brook's wrote something similar today.

(from above article) "The GOP’s political problems have many causes, but distilled to its essence, it can be stated in one sentence: The Republican Party hasn’t taken seriously the responsibilities of governing".

Ron Paul was the only one to do that. He wasn't show, he wasn't flash. He was the serious candidate we needed. Look at the clown show we are left with.

Yes, but they're waking up now and at record levels. I know it's hard after so many years of being called kooks or crazy, but somehow, we've got to rise above it and stay focused. We have a lot at stake and very little time.

Yes, but he was never going to win. Not then. BUT NOW, people are more open to the principles he conveys than anytime I can remember in my whole life. They just need to be deprogrammed. That's what we can do. Help them remember what they used to know.

Come on, folks. For ONCE, they are open to our message. Let's get it to them. The time is NOW.

Ron Paul is the only guy in politics telling it like it is. That's why he's getting nowhere. He needs to sugar-coat his speeches like Mcsame and Nobama.

"AMERICA IS A FORCE FOR GOOD IN THIS WORLD!" Rofl, sure.

"AMERICAN SOLDIERS WANT TO COME HOME IN HONOR!" No they want to come home in one piece and alive.

"AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE THE MOST RESILIENT!" Right, that's why we waste the most of every resource in the world.

"AMERICA IS THE LAST BEST HOPE FOR THE WORLD!" But our economy is in the crapper.
