The Party is going to be in tatters after our bludgeoning on November 4th.

Speaking to my fellow Republicans on here, all we can is throw up our hands and say "I told you so" to our fellow party members who rode the bomb all the way to impact.

They ignored Ron Paul, they ignored all the new blood we brought to the party for the traditionally republican ideas, they ignored our activism and they ignored the masses of young people who are unequivocally the future of this party.

They are getting exactly what they deserve.

Yesterday I got a text from a very good friend who is a Republican but not RP supporter. Though he didn't support RP he helped several RP MUs learn the process and was friendly and fair to them which was really nice. He is also volunteering for the McCain Camp. up in PA.

I get a text from him yesterday asking this:

"We really need our Ron Paul supporters to Get Out the Vote for McCain in Nevada.

My response:

"There is a better chance of Hell freezing over there, than that happening. If McCain needed the RP vote in Neveda then he should have thought about that before his people cheated the Ron Paul supporters who put in 18 months of physical and emotional energy into the process there."

His Repsonse:

"Well they are going to have to suffer the same fate as everyone else if Obama wins"

My Response:

"Well there are those that do not see a difference between the two and are equally worried about our county with either of them."

Tell me. You cheat and steal, put us down, then want our vote? Are they really that stupid?

This is going to be a lesson to the Republican party, beat your members and they will not vote for you.

We really need a Newt Gingrich-type person who can rally the party in the right direction.

lol. I cant wait for Nov4th to be over with and tell my fellow republicans " I told you so" :D

"The instinct to command others, in its primitive essence, is a carnivorous, altogether bestial and savage instinct. Under the influence of the mental development of man, it takes on a somewhat more ideal form and becomes somewhat ennobled, presenting itself as the instrument of reason and the devoted servant of that abstraction, or political fiction, which is called the public good. But in its essence it remains just as baneful, and it becomes even more so when, with the application of science, it extends its scope and intensifies the power of its action. If there is a devil in history, it is this power principle." -- Mikhail Aleksandrovich Bakunin

Ill be bringing my "I told you so" speeches to the gop meetings after the 4th

Are you willing to burn that bridge with what appears to be a really good person?

The person went out of his way to assist you...be certain to decline in a respectful way, keeping in mind the selfless assistance the person gave you.

Maybe you can assist in some small way so it looks as if you are grateful.

Just my $0.02

Now will be the fight to see how the future coalition of the Republican party comes together. It looks like a lot of neocons are running to the Obama camp because they were never in the party for principals of the party but as a way to power. Since the democrats will be holding the power that is where they are going to migrate. The real fight for the core of the republican party will be between the theocratic and libertarian branches.

By that time [of the destruction of the neo-republican party], B.J. Lawson will have shown the democrats in his district that the free-market works (or at least, this will give them time to open their ears to the message of liberty as a solution).

I'm hoping to see more Democrats jump on this liberty wagon as well. Maybe that's asking for too much, but I know there are some among our ranks now.

Maybe by that time, we can ditch labels altogether.

Oh, I can dream, right?

I read an article the other day that expressed that exact sentiment. It said the Republican GOP had slammed the door in the faces of it's newest and most enthusiastic members, without mentioning any names though.

My thought was that not only did they do that, they cheated and lied in order to maintain control, proving they weren't worthy of support.

Die, die, die.

We'll get started on the CPR as soon as the Democrats hand you your asses on a platter.

I love the metaphor..."road the bomb all the way to impact". LOL. btw, it should be rode, not road :p

except.. the bomb was a dud. If it were an effective one it would do damage. In this case they rode a dud all the way to impact.

My only problem is the folks who are leading the GOP locally and at the state level that I've had dealings with will NEVER admit that the whole neo-conservative push in the GOP was wrong and what caused them to lose in 2006 and 2008. They will not give up and walk away or change. In their mind they are right (and many of them think they are on a mission from God).

I'm planning on going to my local GOP meeting after the election.. and letting them know that I'll get heavily involved if they are willing to change... otherwise I'm going to get heavily involved in the Libertarian party. This should carry some weight this year because according to polls the Republicans in NC are going to lose at least one seat in Congress and possibly the chance at Governor - by the same percentage of voters who are going Libertarian.

Like I've said... It's better if Obama wins for us so we can try to get the GOP a little more like what it used to be at their weakest moments. Plus, the "I told you so," and the "You had the chance," remarks will be great when he wins.

I'm still trying to maintain at least a semblance of good relations with the local GOP since they were tolerant, if not supportive, of our efforts. Once the dust clears after November I'm going to be telling them "told you so" as politely as I can. My district's GOP candidate for congress, who is by no means a RP Republican, was strong against the bailout. For that he deserves at least a few props and a little bit of my money. Well, that, and he's running against Chris Van Hollen. I'd get behind Hitler or Stalin if they were running against that POS. :)

Very interesting this

There was an interview with a NeoCon on BBC Newsnight defecting to the Obama camp the other night.

They know the game is up, so they are just defecting to their real politcial home, socialism.

TRAGIC!

The Republican party is dead in the water. The NeoCons rotted it from the inside out and destroyed it. Now the main protaganists are running to their new host, the Democrat Party. they'll have plenty of good company.

The Republican party and it's ideals have been totally destroyed.

It's absolutely shocking.

Before I get too smug, I should point out that the situation in the UK is much worse. We have a Conservative MP and shadow Chancellor of the Exchequor in bed with Peter Mandelson, a satanist homosexual labour party fascist, a Russian oligarch and billionare and a Rothschild hedge fund manager all together on a yacht in Corfu.

The mind is repelled

I often wondered how Bush could completely destroy the Republican party and be totally unaware of what he was doing. I tend to believe he serves a higher authority in the globalist agenda and has no loyatly to the republicans he has destroyed.

If the wars and horrible spending and bad policies continue, then we can rest assured something is leading this circus to the cliff.

Phuk you bush and you dope Republicans who destroyed this party. Appreciate it.
