Am I missing something.. because doesn't that page state that the results are for the DEMOCRATIC recount only, and that the REPUB names are only from write-ins on the democrat ballot?

correct. they aren't doing the republican recount yet.

With that being the case, here is percentage of voting differences:
(vote change/total changes)

McCain 47.06%
Romney 18.49%
Paul 15.97%
Huckabee 9.24%
Giuliani 7.56%
Thompson 1.68%

That puts Paul in 3rd for this county.

This is with the assumption that all candidates received an equal bias of error. Based on an equal error chance, this is the order in which the candidates played out in New Hampshire. I'm looking forward to the recount results.
