Recount? Impossible with Diebold.

Recount? OK, we are forgetting one small detail.

It is impossible to recount votes entered through fraudulent Diebold voting machines.

There is no real paper trail. A "recount" from a "hacked" or dishonest Diebold machine will simply produce the same fraudulent results.

If 200 people voted for Ron Paul in a Diebold machine, and the machine is programmed to subract half of his votes, the final tally is 100. A "recount" is no more than the Diebold machine producing the same incorrect result of 100 again!
The module that changes results destroys iteself when it is finished, making it impossible to detect. This is computer science at its worse, and exactly why we cannot have computers involved in counting votes!

Princeton University demonstrates all of this here:

Fox News actually had a decent story on this, as hard as that is to believe:

I know this info is in other threads, but there still seem to be many on this board that think recounts can still be used to verfiy vote counts.

IIRC, all towns in NH use paper ballots. The Diebold machines are used to count those ballots in some towns. A hand-recount would avoid using the Diebolds.

I though some places used the touch screen type? Not sure, but I think I read it somewhere.

New Hampshire uses paper ballots that go into a machine. they can recount the paper ballots. Some towns never even count the paper ballots

Just KNOW and repeat to anyone who will listen that:

We got 9.221% of the vote in those precincts where the ballots were hand-counted (before these corrections come into play to increase that some) and Giuliani got 8.174% in those same hand-counted areas.

We got only 7.109% in the diebold-counted areas, whereas Giuliani got 8.588%.

WE WERE 4th in NH!!!! I don't care what the whore media says!!!!

Demanding hand counts and having a representative of each candidate sign off on the results is not only fair, it is logical.

I know some states had lawsuits pending against electronic voting machines why don't we attempt to make this a nationwide class action lawsuit? The most important thing in this nation is our ability to vote, why the hell should we let it be rigged by some proprietary voting machines? If anything we should at least get one lawsuit pending in every state before each primary in order to freeze their ability to use the electronic method.

Also we need to push for complete transparency. Not only people at the polling sites but also the central area where the votes are called into, to watch for any nonsense. (to be fair i'm not 100% sure how it works as it is)
