Recommended Vitamin Drink?

Doesn't have much for vitamins, but Kombucha tea is a fermented drink that has lots of health benefits. I brew my own at home b/c of the steep price tag at the health food store. Also, you should lighten up on the nose picking. They serve a purpose you know. :p

I was going to also suggest any of those green powder superfoods. Not sure about this brand, but most really don't have many vitamins in them. I'd suggest putting a scoop of any green food in the vitamin drink of your choosing.

Really?

Well I suppose that could be convenient....

Before Dr. Ehrlich's Magic Bullet, some folks would try to deliberately induce malaria because the ultra-high malaria fevers could eliminate the syphilis organism. Not sure that would be convenient, but it might be the lesser of evils.

Now I am going to fact check my own post

Just wondering what others have found to be a good vitamin drink. Or vitamin powder to mix with water.

I highly recommend "Emerald Balance" by SGN Nutrition. Tastes better than most Green Superfoods; doenst taste like drininking grass...more of a minty green tea flavor; They also make a kids chocolate flavor which i really like to called X Balance. Im not as found of the Dark chocolate Emerald Balance Plus flavor....prefer the kids one.

www.sgnnutrition.com: I usually order them from www.vitacost.com where their the cheapest prices.

Thanks all. Ya, I think I have to stay away from the "drinking grass" stuff. Tried that before, yuk.

Hi Danke,
Have you tried BooKoo? I found BooKoo best vitamin drink. It is great in taste but you cannot drink 2 cans together easily as 1 can gives you enough energy.
