Just wondering what others have found to be a good vitamin drink. Or vitamin powder to mix with water.

I'd stick to water. I was a vitamin kick a couple years ago. I really don't think it's necessary. I'd stick to just water. You're body makes the essential vitamins and you get the rest from eating food (greens, veggies, fruits, meats). There's not a need to actually buy additional vitamins. What is important is to be cognizant of what you eat and put into your body. "They" say that people who take vitamins usually know what they put into their body and therefore that stuff is usually good and that there is no need to take vitamins.

I would say go paleo and skip the supplements.

I'm on the road a lot and not able to get access to healthy food very often.

That sounds like a cop out. Just bring a cooler. I'm assuming you are a salesman or a truck driver. Just put fruits and vegetables and water in there. Make your fish and meats before hand. Trail mixes are great usually nuts and raisins or something. Very easy.

He sells vacuum cleaners, don't let him tell you otherwise.

I wouldn't take any supplemental iron unless you are a gurl or cut yourself a lot.

Agreed...now that you said that. However, blood tests are good to make sure your are not anemic. With our farm soil depleted of good minerals, men may be iron deficient too.
