The Projoba Pollen Burst - is great too!
I'd stick to water. I was a vitamin kick a couple years ago. I really don't think it's necessary. I'd stick to just water. You're body makes the essential vitamins and you get the rest from eating food (greens, veggies, fruits, meats). There's not a need to actually buy additional vitamins. What is important is to be cognizant of what you eat and put into your body. "They" say that people who take vitamins usually know what they put into their body and therefore that stuff is usually good and that there is no need to take vitamins.
I would say go paleo and skip the supplements.
That sounds like a cop out. Just bring a cooler. I'm assuming you are a salesman or a truck driver.

I wouldn't take any supplemental iron unless you are a gurl or cut yourself a lot.
Not a gurl, but picking my nose sometimes draws blood.

Encyclopedias. Door to door.
Mine's funnier, it implies that he sells suckiness.
.
P.S. I recommend Flintstone's gummy vitamins with a vodka chaser.
Already doing that, but I prefer Gin and Tonics because of the added benefit of quinine.
