Yeah, unfortunately being on the road + driving through very rural areas is going to cause streaming to go in and out. See the same issue with storm chasers all the time when going through rural parts.

Ok the stream has been intermittent today, presumably due to lack of cell/data coverage over the nether regions of Iowa.

Rand needs to address this head on as a market opportunity, NOT a GOVT opportunity, or the Dems will have a field day talking about their plan to "help our friend Rand Paul" by nationalizing the internet and having broadband everywhere, for everyone.
