He's a billionaire in charge of thousands of people. So I'm sure he does lean more authoritarian.
But which way does he lean, though? If it's right, then I could deal with a bossy President.
Perhaps this is in fact what the United States needs. Our own version of Singpore's Lee Kuan Yew.
We have gone so far from where we started.

There's no way I will vote for Trump...not even to keep Hillary out of the White House, because what's the difference? Just because we're supposed to play for Team Red? I don't play for Team Red.

I am thinking to vote for Hitlery. if for any reason Rand is not the nominee.

my logic?

burn baby burn.. and get it over with.

Good example. the same president the rounded up American even when they had won the supreme court and marched them with the army on a death march across the country. Yes very good example.

they needed to be moved. they were being wiped out.

today. they have their own Nation. (inside ours of course)

you need to turn your brain on. and look around you. :)

I don't remember all the details, but I am sure someone here does. During the last RNC, Mitt Romney's folks were able to change some of the rules. People here were up in arms about it. I recall it being that the RNC could override what the states decided regarding delegates, so as to stop any grassroots candidate from ever winning.

I remember it. There were many sudden, changes of the rules so Ron Paul delegates were censored. There were many fights on the convention floors. Youtube it... Ron supporters were basically raped, even though they were in the majority. It proved to all of us how corrupt the political system is in the U.S. That's why I laugh at the alleged Presidential title in the U.S. as being "leader of the free world" .... lmao .... funniest thing I've ever seen. I bet they use the same slogan in Uganda.

This is one of the guys involved in the delegate challenges in 2012:

And another who was involved in the Rules Committee fights:

The Mitt lawyer he is talking about in the first video at the Maine convention, and also fighting him at the RNC is the one who got those rules changes passed. He was also there in person at the Maine convention trying to muddy the waters because by the last day the Mitt campaign knew there was nothing they could do on that day to stop it.

Rand's not going to win the election for the same exact reasons Ron never had a chance: the banking elites hate him.
He's anti-Fed and anti-Israel. Together these are a death-sentence for any would-be presidential candidate.
The best that he can hope to accomplish is getting out the message...

So this leaves us with either Trump, Hillary Clinton, or possibly Jeb Bush.
Between those three, I would go with Trump. Which I don't view as the "lesser" evil compared to someone like Mitt Romney.
Granted, he's not Rand Paul, he's not a Libertarian, but he's a far better alternative than another Bush or Clinton in the White House.

Firstly, I see no evidence he's the lesser evil. Secondly, I consider the fact that you think he's the lesser evil a good indication he's as evil as they come. Thirdly, he'll never in a million years win the general election, every poll proves that at least two thirds of the American public wouldn't trust him to man the counter where they sell marriage licenses, and this Foxshit of telling Republicans their biggest red meat slinging, me-Tarzan-you-Jane-ing loser can beat Clinton is just another repetition of a baldfaced lie being propagated by the biggest enemies the people of this nation ever had.

And I've had enough of that lie. Everyone I see blathering on here about Trump winning the general or improving his numbers against any Democrat will get neg repped for spreading Foxshit, and trying to cover up the poll-proven fact that Rand Paul is the only one who could beat any Democrat in the race if it were held right this minute.

There's no way I will vote for Trump...not even to keep Hillary out of the White House, because what's the difference? Just because we're supposed to play for Team Red? I don't play for Team Red.

A vote for Trump in the primaries is a clear indication that you want Clinton in the White House, not that you want to keep her out. And here's the proof:

Trump is a vote against Team Red. That's the whole idea. Detonate the son of a bitch.

A vote for Trump is a vote for 'Team Blue', because there is no way in hell he wins the general. A vote for Rand Paul is not only a vote against both Team Red and Team Blue, but an effective one.

Negrep for trying to spread the usual Foxshit that the Republican who polls the worst against any Democrat in the general election could accomplish anything at all. McCain and Romney getting their asses handed to them did nothing to 'detonate' the GOP.

Yay! The forum's main source of racist trollery wants a xenophobic, tyrannical strongman asshole! If Trump grew a Charlie Chaplain moustache, he'd cream his drawers! What a strong endorsement!

As I get it, everyone here backs Rand's policy, they just wish to God he had Trumps Balls.

Rand has brassier balls than Trump. Which one is swimming upstream against a flood of media manipulation? The real difference is Paul isn't purposely engaging in slinging red meat and blustering in a fashion designed to make the Republicans woozy in the knees and make everyone else say, 'Gee, these Democrats suck, but the Republicans are crazy, and actually scare the crap out of me.'

Anyone that is enamored by or considering to vote for Trump is out of their God Damned mind.

Eating Foxshit will do that to you.

Awww. Did I drive a stake through the heart of this wonderful thread?

The poll currently stands at an even hundred to a rather vocal six.
