I could not care less, depending on who's paying.
There is nothing inherently wrong in traveling to Israel for whatever purpose one wants. The problem is that Israel holds an uncanny ability to bring about bipartisanship with assertions of who is or is not more "pro"-Israel. It's amazing to me, watching from the sidelines. They couldn't agree 434 (for all intents and purposes, though Jones may have voted Nay) on the color of the sky yet here we are where any vote against Israel elicits ad campaigns or slanderous assertions of veiled anti-Semitism.
The egg shells on which these politicians walk is something I could not ever become comfortable with.
Especially when I'm extorted to pay for as much, am grouped with as much, and am supposed to fall and worship as much of a country that is not "Israel."
I find it all simply amazing. Baffled would be the half of it... these fucking sheeps.
