Rand Paul Super Brochures!

Here I will send 600 Super Brochures to anyone willing to pay for 100. Basically, you pay shipping and some of our fees.

A whole thread here:
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?487001-FREE-RAND-PAUL-SUPER-BROCHURES-AT-FOREVERFREE-COM

The attacks on this thread are not for me. It is to create DOUBT in activists heads to not use Super Brochures. This whole 2016 cycle has been an example of using the internet to discourage people from supporting Rand. It is not the media that made people not take action for Rand, it was the internet.

One thing I don't do is discourage people from supporting Rand, far from it. As for the super brochure, look I support anyone's attempts to help Paul, unless their attempts are actually harmful. I don't know about you really but many here seem to believe thats what you do.

You may have to go through the campaign site now:https://randpaul.com/volunteerAlso from that page, they have a link to this flyer:

That's not great.. The subject matter doesn't do much.. 14.5 wtf. It's not very inspirational, I don't see it getting many votes imo Who made that in the staff.

We tested marketed Rand's old tax reform for the Super Brochure. The response was very negative. Many people looked at it as a tax hike because a good number of people pay less than that in taxes.

We tested marketed a lot of subjects and went with what works. We use the best and it shows:

That's the point, it's not designed to get votes, just get people to engage with the campaign. They are positions the average voter are not going to disagree with- like how can someone disagree with their rep being required to read a bill before they vote on it?

The campaign does not typically send out literature unsolicited, that happens after a phone or web request, and they are on the specific issues they are interested in.

Get the f out of here, Curt! It's marketing 101 that you do not throw everything but the kitchen sink in a brochure, like you do. It's not effective and what's worse, drives those off that agree with the candidate on a couple of issues important to them and WERE supporting him; until they saw your everything but the kitchen sink brochure.

Rand has hired people to do this and it is not you. Go screw up someone else's campaign.

Curt,
A super brochure listing Rand's 2nd Amendment bonafides to a list of NRA supporters is targeted advertising. It is what everyone is talking about. Your brochures are nice, but like everyone is saying a person has to agree with all of the issues you put in there (unlikely), otherwise they could be turned off by an issue.

This is nothing more than a way for someone to make a lot of money. It doesn't help Rand, in fact it hurts Rand.

If you want to help Rand, go to IA or NH for a week or two prior to the vote and volunteer in person.

Does anyone on this forum actually go to Republican Meetings? How in the world would you go to an event or group and know where people stand? You going to pocket 6 different issue flyers? And try to figure out each person's hot button???

One issue cards SUCK! They can only work in multiple mailings and to a small group of people. How many die hard gun guys comprised to vote for Romney? Very few people care about one issue. Even worse for Rand is that one issue cards make Rand look like a One Issue candidate.

If you are not handing out Super Brochures, what are you handing out? Or is no one actively doing anything on this forum with Republicans?

Did any of you actually read this particular brochure? It doesn't include the "kitchen sink." It says nothing about NSA spying or medical marijuana or criminal justice reform or anything controversial. Tell me do you honestly believe that you can find a likely republican voter that is against:

1) Overturning Obamacare
2) Honoring our Social Security and Medicare promises to our seniors
3) Having a strong national defense
4) Taking care of our veterans
5) Creating jobs and cutting taxes
6) Repealing common core

Seriously can you find any? The problem with the "Let's just focus on one or two issues" approach is that Rand has been triangulated. People think "Yeah Rand is against gun control. Great! So is every other republican. But I don't like Rand because he's doesn't believe in defending our country." Or "I don't like Rand because he will do away with social security" or fill in the blank. You can do your focus polls and find out what people say is most important to them and miss what they disagree with Rand on. There is no attack vector on this particular brochure that would turn off any likely republican voter. Read it before attacking it.

There is no talk concerning his very strong support for Israel, or his desire to fight a declared war against Radical Islam (ISIS) if the terrorist sponsoring states such as Saudi Araba and Qatar put in ground forces (which would be a civil war wouldn't it between Salafist if you think about it). His fight against the Iran deal. His fight to increase the military budget. There is nothing there that doesn't dissuade people from thinking he is an anti-Semitic isolationist that would let Radical Islam take over the world (I know it is bs but voters take this stuff seriously).

It's not up to you, Curt. It's up to Rand to control the messaging of his campaign. You don't know crap about political marketing. Go fuck up someone else's campaign this time.

The brochures look good. The text is common sense. My main complaint about them was that they were ridiculously expensive. With the new 100 +500 prices, I'd say it's a good product to promote Rand with.

Do these pamphlets even matter one way or the other? Voters might act all appreciative and open minded about it, but when it comes down to it, it seems like GOPers just vote for whoever Fox says is polling highest.
