Rand Paul Pushes Back (Howard Kurtz Interview)

Excellent work in this interview. Rand will most likely make the cut into the next prime time debate provided that his upward trend in a few recent polls is reflected in some of the ones that CNBC will be factoring into their formula. It also looks like either Kasich or Christie might not make the cut, which would be fine by me as both of them are total lightweights.

Good interview, thanks for the post carlton. Every time I start reading the trump posters here, which results in me with the WTF is happening here, I know when I read one of your posts, it is always good at getting people back to the reason why this forum started way back when.

Rand did a good interview. He could have added the obvious "Christie, Kasich, Huckabee are in the same bubble zone I'm in, but have gotten much less media stories claiming they're dropping out, compared to me," but it might have been portrayed as whining.

It would most absolutely have been portrayed as whining. The first thing to understand about the way the media portrays Rand is that every answer he gives is automatically wrong, so the more succinct and direct he is, the better he looks as he gives the MSM less words to twist and mangle.

Very Presidential but doesn't Rand need to be little more bold and feisty in regards to gaining more support?

Guess I must be the only one that thinks the mere fact Rand has to have interviews of this nature is troubling...
