more doublespeak. He says he would vote to make the 2017 tax cuts permeant but then he says tax cuts explode the deficit, so that is why he is voting no on this bill. So, he is against tax cuts unless they are paid for by spending cuts. He sounds exactly like a democrat! I.E. The tax cuts aren't paid for, so just let them expire! Sounds like he is for tax increases instead.

Spending is the tax. He is for lowering the tax in all it's forms.
