OK, now the Politico article has been updated to say Rand could speak through the night until 1 pm tomorrow.

If Paul were to talk through the night, Senate procedure would cut him off at about 1 p.m. tomorrow.

I can understand Cruz but do you think Rubio will actually show up for this?

I'm loving the Ron Wyden tag team, its kind of touching to see R and D working together like this.

Really like that Wyden was the first to jump in here. Makes it easier for other Democrats to also potentially jump in. Will be interesting to see if any do. Sanders perhaps? That would be really interesting if he did.
