I doubt this one will stick much. Cuccinelli is the accused plagiarist, not Rand.

What do you call a million prosecutors and no lawyers?Lawyers arguing about stuff. Imagine that.
Q. What do you call 500 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?
A. a good start
Expect Rachel Maddow to spend more time talking about this than talking about the actual NSA scandal.no matter what Rand does this one's probably going to hit where it hurts.

Washington Post said:Fein, who has not been paid in full for his legal work by Paul’s political action committee, was furious that he had been omitted from the filing he wrote. “I am aghast and shocked by Ken Cuccinelli’s behavior and his absolute knowledge that this entire complaint was the work product, intellectual property and legal genius of Bruce Fein,” Mattie Fein, his ex-wife and spokeswoman, told me Wednesday. “Ken Cuccinelli stole the suit,” she said, adding that Paul, who “already has one plagiarism issue, now has a lawyer who just takes another lawyer’s work product.”
Regardless of who is in the wrong here, this will be a significant and revealing test of Rand's leadership qualities.
Will he "take sides" and let this devolve into petty infighting, disruptive bickering and mutual recriminations?
Or will he take a concilatory approach and try to "smooth ruffled feathers" and "make this right" - whatever that might entail (including the making of mea culpas, if that is what it takes)?
Rand is the captain of this ship and how he steers it through these straits will be both important and illuminating.
Sibel Ebmunds (remember her?) has pretty much nothing good to say about Bruce Fein. http://www.boilingfrogspost.com/category/bruce-fein_the_greatest_threat_to_the_ron_paul_candidacy/
Seems he has a habit of doing work for people, then not sending them bills?
Y
The upset wasn't about any late-billing, but since people were going to go to the link you provided and see all the other BS Sibel said, I thought it was important to say something.
Right now I'm just pissed. Even if the whole thing turns out to be totally bogus, no matter what Rand does this one's probably going to hit where it hurts. Takes the wind right out of the sails with the whole defending the 4th amendment deal. Good thing it's so early.
Rand did a pretty idiotic thing here, his name is all over the news for plagiarizing again. He can't even file a lawsuit without stealing someone's words.
#HolyConcernTrollMuch?
Do a google news search... 99% of the coverage is 100% about the lawsuit.
This nothing-burger Bruce Fein sideshow is nothing more than something (anything!) for hyper partisan PROGRESSIVE trolls (like you) and Obama's online army tochokechew on while Rand becomes the face of the fight against the NSA, warrantless wiretapping, (war with Iran, mandatory minimums, drone strikes) and basically all the major civil liberty issues that Progressives pretend to be the CHAMPIONS of...
