I don't like the NYT or our title on this.

Rand Paul Blames The Arming of ISIS By Rubio, Clinton and Obama For Paris Attacks - "Blame" sounds petty especially to a non-supporter. "Holds responsible" I like more but it makes the title too long. Any ideas?

Of course, the NYT focuses just on Republicans with their title, but, in fairness, Rand Paul has used that kind of language. I want Rand to always tie the war hawks in with Obama and Hillary - or "the establishment in our party has partnered with Obama and Hillary to arm terrorists...

Rand's message has been very on spot lately while still being able to attack the fakes in the Party...something Ron would rarely do because he was more interested in spreading ideas. Rand on the other hand...
