Perfectly understandable. In that particular case that Donnay posted, I'm just thinking that if it were one pharmacist who doled those out, that he she be sued right alongside the doctor, and they should both lose their licenses and do time. Hell, if you were rich and powerful, you should pursue your case as well.
In a side note, I think that more of us types should go into these professions where we can protect patients and be sure their rights are well-known.
"Our types" would be quickly gotten rid off, trust me.
We're not pursuing anything, I don't have thousands of dollars to throw at a lawyer(or even my bills), and she's fine now. 3 years, pill free. They said she'd be on pills for her seizures for the rest of her life(i.e. until the pills killed her). She now has less(petit mal) seizures than she did while taken pills for it to "control" them. She may have one a month now. May have. She hasn't had any in the last two months. She couldn't drive the entire time she was taking those meds, because they were causing so many seizures. She now drives. She would have up to almost 400 petit-mals per day when she was on pills for it, and couldn't even work for a while there
