Propaganda Alert: without National ID card, you may be banned from boarding airplanes in 2016

Paulite thinking-

1. "Deport illegal immigrants NOW! I can't believe the Feds are giving OUR money to these moochers! DEPORT NOW!!!! Goddamn socialists!!!"
2. *Feds institute program designed to catch illegal immigrants*
3. "I can't believe these MARXISTS are taking away our FREEDOM and LIBERTY! Don't they know never to sacrifice them for security?"

And this isn't even getting into their hypocrisy over voter id... Lol. Says people should need ID to vote, gets mad when govt tries to institute national id policy. Lol.

meh...i voted for Bill Clitton twice...then became a State delegate for Ron Paul.....you?....you're stuck in the left/right paradigm ...and apparently for life...

i'm going to flag your post and hope you get banned. Just want you to know i hope my flagging gets you the hell out of here. You are not interested in civil discourse, and you are not willing to learn something from true Patriots and forward thinking and intelligent individuals in RPF.

Sad, truly sad. Go in peace, but just go.

If you lump people into a group you will find disagreements among them. It's not valid to call it hypocrisy. It's not a 'we' or a 'they' it's individuals with varying beliefs. Pointing out hypocrisy is fine, but it exists within an individual, not a group.

And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

Yeah,, go ahead and ignore it.
You don't believe all that shit anyway.

Are you implying that the RealID is fulfillment of prophecy?

Seems to me that authoritarians are likely to implement systems of control involving identification. Seems near axiomatic, but nothing superstitious about it.

I suspect the media will be pushing for it over the next few years so that the average Joe will eventually think it is a good idea to have nationwide. The Neocon pundits will sell it as a solution to protect us from ISIS-terrorists coming across the Mexican border and as a voter ID. The left will want it as a document that allows illegals to get drivers licenses, welfare and healthcare benefits.

http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/2014/08/24/one-state-can-lead-the-charge/

The REAL ID Act, as it would be called, imposed a national standard by forcing the states to adopt uniform standards for their identification cards – or did it?

Maine responded by passing a resolution in 2007 that refused any type of REAL ID adoption in the state. Surely, Maine’s legislature was warned by opponents who dreaded the thought of opposing the federal juggernaut. Leading the charge, Maine showed that one state can stand up against the iron will of the federal state.

When Maine stood up, Utah took notice. Utah passed a similar bill a month later. The Utah law noted that REAL ID is “in opposition to the Jeffersonian principles of individual liberty, free markets, and limited government.” Since that time, 22 states passed similar bills and resolutions, creating additional opposition toward the national standard. Similar resolutions are pending in over a dozen additional states.

As a result, the REAL ID Act has been effectively neutered in much of the country. The federal government has not elected to devote its resources to enforce the mandate, sue the participating states, or send in the tanks as a result.

So if its neutered, why do people in MA even care? Are the talking heads typing their stories from Martha's Vineyard just so in love with Uncle Sugar?

Not a fuck will be given, other than the whinging of Mundanes kept off planes and outside federal buildings.

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

Thanks for the link. Doesn't say they are ordering TSA to let them on airlines without ID- ID is still required.

The letter from TSA administrator John Pistole states that NTAs, as government-issued documents, may be used in alternative processes to board planes. The TSA insists that the issuance of the NTA requires checking various biographic and biometric databases to ensure that the illegal immigrant is not a dangerous individual.

The TSA letter says that if the NTA is used, the passenger is to provide “other identifying information such as a photo, address, phone number, social security number, or date of birth.”

If another ID is not provided, TSA can ask other government agencies to provide corroborating evidence. According to the TSA letter, this corroboration can be as little as having another agency certify that the NTA “was issued to an individual with the name provided.”

Interesting posting style to this one here^^^ I am sure Acala will lose sleep over not being found credible by new poster.

Well, this thread just made it on the Front Page of INFOWARS! Now lets see what happens in this thread...

Some people don't have a choice. You can't exactly spend hours upon hours driving when you travel around the country for business.

I think I would choose my dignity over a job which requires airline travel, given that you're potentially going to be pulled at random to be stripped down to the threads of your boxers while a handful of TSA agents, who have already raped you through taxation to fund their purposeless jobs, want to fondle your goods and treat you like cattle. Then you get into a confined space and fly thousands of feet above the earth's surface only to find out your plane has to perform an emergency landing because some mundane who the TSA didn't manage to weed out with their totally random and useless searches, pulled his bottle of cologne out of a Ziploc bag, violating the airline safety policy and therefore he's automatically a terrorist until proven otherwise and yes, there WILL be a cowboy-Rambo SWAT team waiting on the tarmac to detain and search everyone on the plane after it lands. Maybe they'll even throw a few flashbangs for effect.

But that's just me. Who am I to judge someone who thinks their job is worth all that?
