If you believe that, in the interests of ensuring a free and fair election takes place in a nation that is currently fighting wars in the Middle East to force other nations offer their citizens the same, a full recount is necessary in New Hampshire, then please go and sign this petition.

Every vote MUST be counted, regardless of who that vote may be for.

"The official procedure for counting the ballots is initially within the responsibility of the town and ward moderators. Disputes may thereafter be referred to the Secretary of State. Within five days after the election, any person of any party for whom a vote was cast at the presidential primary may ask for a recount. Only two recounts have been held since 1952, both in 1980.
The fee for a presidential recount is $500. But subject to other restrictions not detailed here, the complainant will usually have to pay the entire cost of the recount if he lost by more than one percent of the votes cast. On the other hand, if he wins by reason of the recount, then he is refunded all fees paid at the time of filing.
The Secretary and his assistants conduct the recount. The candidates, their counsel and assistants have the right to inspect the ballots and participate in it.
If dissatisfied with the ruling of the Secretary of State, a candidate may appeal to the member Ballot Law Commission for a hearing on the questions involved. In most areas of ballot disputes the Commission has the final decision-making authority to settle such issues."

So, we only have a few more days to demand the recount...

All the canvassing in the world won't get Ron Paul elected if the vote machines are fraudulant! More than a Ron Paul supporter, I am an American not willing to hand over my country!!
 
Here's what I've figured out about recount so far:

DEADLINE FOR FILING FOR A RECOUNT: FIVE O'CLOCK TOMORROW, FRIDAY, JAN 11, 2008

THE COST WILL DEPEND ON THE CANDIDATE FILING.

IT WILL COST MORE IF THE CANDIDATE GOT LESS VOTES

THEY WILL KNOW THE COST FOR EVERY CANDIDATE BY CANDIDATE LATER TODAY

IF A RECOUNT IS REQUESTED THEY WILL RECOUNT ALL THE VOTES FOR ALL CANDIDATES IN THAT PARTY



What I think we really need is a recount of both parties. What if votes are being siphoned off both sides electronically? That means a candidate from each party has to request it. Any candidate on the ballot can request it, but the less votes you got, the more it will cost. Call Kucinich or Mike Gravel for democratic side recount.

If the candidate does not file by 5pm tomorrow (friday), there will be no chance for a recount.
 
If the Paul campaign does not file then they can get F****D the lot of them, this will be the end of the campaign because we all know that diebold is going to decide the election and the Paul campaign is going to ignore it.

I just have one question:
Who gets to keep all the donations that have been collected by the campaign, if the campaign goes belly up?

I will be Friggin might pissed if any of the staff get to keep any of it!
 
Please tell Alex Jones to call the democratic side, too. The whole vote needs to be recounted. If Ron Paul requests, only the republican party will be recounted. We need to recount Obama's votes, too.

Totally disagree in the extreme with this statement. Not speaking up against such obvious malfeasance is unacceptable. Anyone who recommends we remain quiet as our votes are stolen should be regarded a possible enemy plant.
