Now a 5-man race!

Think about it! If this is true it's essentially a 5-man race now. There's NO WAY that Brownback, Tancredo, Huckabee, Hunter, T. Thompson, or Gilmore are seeing their fundraising effforts go up exponentially like the good Dr. Paul. Those guys were out there way earlier than Ron Paul and I'll bet their wells are running dry at the same time Dr. Paul is tapping gushers. Let's start thinking about how to draw their supporters into our big tent.

The race is now Dr. Paul, Giuliani, McCain, Romney and F. Thompson. We just eliminated half the competition - let's all keep up the good work.

KEEP IT GOING, We're proving to MSM and Neocons that Americans are taking BACK their country!

Just donated 25 dollars. I plan on being a member of the 50 dollar donation club next paycheck. Maybe if I can convince my wife, I can be a member of the 100 club. :D

Let's not forget that the other candidates don't know how to spend money, they ran up a 8 trillion dollar debt.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I could see Tancredo supporting Paul at some point. That guy seems to freaking hate the establishment (bush/rove). We'll just have to see...

Campaign are you Listening !?!?

This is a TRUE GRASSROOTS movement, so PLEASE post a state-by-state breakdown on the funds...it will encourage a bit of competition and help grown donations even more!

Numbers

I wouldn't be suprised if Huckabee's numbers went up after that last debate. A real blowup in the illegal immigration issue would lead to Tancredo getting much more money. The others will likely be gone.

This is great news for Ron Paul, if he hits 5 million, the way his campaign appears to be fiscally conservative with money (go figure) he can compete with that amount.

This is very, very good sign.

This is really great.. We have a LOT of people on the internet willing to donate money to Ron Paul's compaign.. This is going to be a true showdown of media vs. internet. Internet is going to put up a serious financial battle.. And this is only the beginning.

Honestly, I believe Ron Paul will have more campaign money than any other candidate in history...

I think Brownbeck or Huckabee can stick around for a while but not both. They appeal to the religous right. Personally I hope Huckabee lasts longer than Brownback. The rest don't seem to have anything going for them. Trancedo is super tough on immigration but i dont think that is enough.

jeeeze $50 million for some of the democrats. That is a TON of money. I'll be making my first donation to RP's campaign very soon, like this week when I get paid :)

Whenever we post on blogs, we should leave links to sites that accept donations for the Ron Paul campaign - including his own donation page..

Those big dollars are from corporations. Not the people.

It's ass backwards how corporations can donate hundreds of thousands of dollars and individual citizens can only donate a max of $2300.
