and this poll is by Kaiser which I believe was one of the big pushers for it, or at least 'cooperators'.

Oh look, as ObamaCare becomes more and more of a reality to Americans, the more they don’t like it. According to a new poll from the Kaiser Family Foundation, support for ObamaCare has dropped once again — including a 15-point drop amongst Democrats:

Democratic support for President Obama’s healthcare law has dropped 15 points since November, contributing to a rise in negative attitudes toward the reform, according to a new poll.

Opponents of the Affordable Care Act currently outnumber supporters (42 percent to 36), according to the Kaiser Family Foundation’s latest tracking survey. Public opinion has switched back and forth since the law passed in 2010, and in November, support for the law was 4 percent higher than opposition (43 percent to 39).

Kaiser attributed the marked slide in support among Democrats to a “post-presidential election fade.” In November, 72 percent of that group expressed support for the law, compared with 57 percent who feel favorably toward it now.

Unaffiliated voters saw a similar but less dramatic decline in support, with 32 percent approving of the healthcare law compared with 37 percent in November.

There may be some slide in support for ObamaCare amongst Democrats because the election is over, but perhaps there is something else going on here. We saw the outrage from Donna Brazile about her insurance premiums increasing. Brazile is apparently still a fan of the law, which even its architect says won’t reduce premiums, what’s not to say these Democrats aren’t seeing that ObamaCare was sold to them on a false basis based on the fact that insurance premiums keep rising?

The real question here is whether or not Republicans can capitalize on the continued dissatisfaction with ObamaCare, pointing to many of its failures as well as coming up with a viable alternative that relies of free market solutions.

People are against all types of things, though. Remember the poll that showed 70% wanted to audit the Fed and all we got was a token audit? As long as a majority of Congress, the Senate, and the President all want something, the will of the people means nothing.

Yeah, it's just like the fact that Congress only has like a what, 8% acceptance rate? But every year, nearly all those guys get re-elected.
