Daily Kos- In your Face! Ron Paul wins again!

I think it is funny how Daily Kos asks Who do you think won the debate... and they do not list them in alphabetical order, and they say IN THE QUESTION, no it was not Ron Paul, so stop it already... like all of us are children or something... So I just figured I would piss them off... I voted my conscience in spite of their belittling and guess what- Ron is in the LEAD. It really must make them mad or something.

As an aside, do you suppose that before too long we are going to see strong arm tactics from the right - to force the "lesser thompson" out of the running, to avoid voter confusion, a la Pat Buchanan and hanging Chads? He should stay in too, again, just to piss off the Neocons.

I think a lot of the liberal or democratic bloggers belittle Ron Paul because they are terrified of the prospect of him becoming the Republican nominee. With 70% of the American people wanting out of Iraq, can you imagine how badly Ron Paul would kick their butts in a debate? Think of Hillary, the current Democratic frontrunner, trying to justify her vote for the war in a debate with Ron!

The Democrats know they have already lost credibility with their base because of their cave in on the Iraq war funding. The only chance they have of implementing their dream of a socialist America is to run against another insane NeoCon.

Absolutely. The establishment Left is just as concerned with Ron Paul as is the Republican elite. The Democratic candidates predominately voted for the war and to this day will not pledge to end it rapidly or even state that they will NOT preemptively strike Iran- with nukes!

The opportunity is there to attract a large number of Democrats who recoil in Hilary's pro-war stance.
