If Person A steals from Person B, is it justified for Person B to steal money from Person C to offset the money that was stolen from him?
Maybe that's a bad example.
Try this: If a thief steals money from you, it's gone, and then somebody offers you money, but it's stolen, would you take it?
Would you take more money than you paid in? (In our current tax system, 60 percent of Americans currently take up more in services than they pay in taxes.)
