At The Citadel, but not a Citadel event

LOL!

I'll move it to opposing candidates, but I wanted to share first... In part:

A Republican source said Romney had first sought to deliver the speech at West Point. Three Romney spokespeople didn't respond to an inquiry on the topic. Spokespeople for West Point also didn't immediately respond to a later inquiry Friday.

But the source, a member of The Citadel community, didn't share the administration's neutral view toward Romney's address.

“It was all fakery – it was set up to make him look like he has gravitas militarily," the critic, who said he was bothered by the appearance that it was a Citadel event and spoke on the condition of anonymity, said. "It wasn’t him addressing the Corps of Cadets – it was him staging it to look like it."

UPDATE: Romney spokesman Ryan Williams emails:

The rumor about West Point is a complete and utter fabrication. Governor Romney has always wanted to deliver his foreign policy speech at The Citadel, and our campaign took the appropriate steps to ensure that his appearance complied with school policy.

Unbelievable. The guy is ALREADY concocting FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS.

so im a little confused.. did Romney basically hire people to attend the event dressed up as military cadets?

He rented the hall, then told the school he was going to make a major foreign policy announcement, which might be an educational event for their cadets. The school agreed and sent out an email (in the article) saying basically, since this is educational students may request permission from their instructors to attend. The email also said that staff could attend but since it was a political event they could not attend in uniform and would have to make up the time. But the kids went in their school clothes/uniforms. And Romney's staff took a lot of pictures....

...essentially 'misleading the troops'... aka a false flag. Unreal.

Nothing new... politicians have always rented "Venues" to deliver their message and receive media exposure.

Yes, this is all misleading, and the ignorance of the 50+ voter crowd(Most Votes For Romney) will buy this as an endorsement from the Citadel.

Just another avenue of politicians and political parties using their Sales and Marketing team tactics. 4 Years ago we tried to get Ron Paul to have a 'meet n great'/speech/event at the US Mint Museum in Carson City with free Coffee and Donuts to all NEW attendees/visitors(getting new people out to meet and hear Ron's message)... but some regional leaders thought a coffee shop that holds 20 people was a better idea.(which wound up being filled with RP supporters anyway)

Flip-Flopmney should be enemy #1... since he has the most influence on state party/officials(primaries/caucuses), media, and lobbying aka (BRIBING) all for advancement.
