Please Sticky This: RNC is fighting amongst themselves

I'd send one, but since I've only been a registered republican for about a month now I'm not sure exactly how much weight that will carry. :p

~X~

Some states don't even require you to register. Here in Illinois, we don't register. I sent the e-mails and theres no way to tell if I'm a Republican or not (as far as I know... tinfoil hat people may think otherwise). Also, correlating people to e-mail addresses is actually much harder than it sounds like.

I think the key to this bomb is "overwhelming".. Doesn't matter if your dog sends the letter, they will never know. Best to only send one letter per e-mail address though(or IP address depending on how interested you think they will be in them).

Lol, it's not tin-foil hat theory you know. In fact I wish people would stop using that to justify their saying something that will likely be proven false. Yes the info is out there to show that your voted Republican in this primary. That info is retained by the GOP who will be sending you requests for donations soon as long as you requested a Republican ballot. Does it matter that they can tell if you vote Republican?

I mean unless they can read minds, they can't know whether or not you might leave the Republican Party for one reason or another.

Well, I get emails from the because I signed up on their website. Yes the info is out there that you registered republican. Tracing an email address of "[email protected]" to Bob Smith in Dallas, TX is another story all together.

What exactly is left in the GOP worth saving, anyway? Let it burn. When all the rats have abandoned ship, we can rebuild it with honest, principled people.

More than just the RNC, contact your State Republican officials and legislatures and let them know you cannot support McCain for President.

Start attending your local Republican Party meetings and let them know you cannot support McCain for President. I will be going to my first meeting Monday night.

There is a thread in here about a resolution opposing John McCain, I can't find it now, but someone has introduced it to their local GOP meeting and gotten it passed.

I will try to do likewise Monday.

It will be easy to sell the idea that McCain will destroy the Republican Party for Conservatives, because it is so obviously true.

We just need to help it along at as many local meetings as possible.

Dear GOP,

It is with great regret that I must take my leave of you now. You no longer represent the core values of true conservatism that I as a life long Republican hold deer. I do not compromise my principles as you have. I am now done with you. A word of advice; Stop lying to yourselves.

Sincerely,
MJN
