Thank you!you can copy paste that in and i recommend using bcc when sending - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blind_Carbon_Copy
Thank you for your concern. So then all you get is Huckabee. Big deal. They will never go with Ron Paul. They will turn to a crazy preacher instead. A man who has promised to blow Iran off the map with nuclear weapons. Nice.
The GOP wants the power that Ron Paul doesn't want government to have. I am not sure I can make it any clearer. Look at their position statements. They want to run our lives and our economy. They want to tell people who can get married, who can serve in the military. They want world domination with world banking and a world government.
The GOP is a very large very statist organization. Ron Paul is the antithesis of all that. Why would they want him? They have dirty tricks up their sleeves and news anchors in their pockets and trillions of dollars at their disposal. You think they are going to be shaking in their boots and come running to Ron Paul - the man they have been actively making fun of all year - the man they don't invite to their parties?
Have fun with your letter writing campaign, but don't have illusions about what it will accomplish.
They HATE Ron Paul much more than any other candidate including Hillary Clinton.
I am disgusted with the GOP attempt to make John McCain the Republican nominee for the Presidency. Where have our values in Conservatism gone. John McCain is a liberal to the highest degree and even his closest friends on Capital Hill are Die Hard Liberals (Kennedy, Kerry, Fiengold, Clinton, and the like). I, like most other conservatives, refuse to vote for this guy. If it is the GOP plans to split the party then they are doing a good job. With the rest of the Candidates dropping out of the race we are left with a very hard decision all Conservatives must make, McCain or O'bama. I can't believe these are the options the GOP have left me with. I feel abandon by my party. We have strayed so far from our traditional Conservative ways that we have forgotten what our core values are. Well I haven't. If I have to write in the most conservative candidate running when the election comes around, I will. I suggest the GOP look real hard at who they intend to put in front of the people as this could be the deciding moment for the future of the GOP. If John McCain is the Nominee then I will remove my memnbership to the Republican Party in trade for a party that upholds the Constitution, my personal liberties, and the values that the old Republican party used to hold true to their base. I also want to inform you that I have several friends and even foes that feel the same way that I do about McCain. So I say now with the upmost respect that I hope the GOP reconsiders is choice to push John McCain as the Republican Nominee in favor of someone with more Conservative beliefs.
Thank You
Eric Redfield

Chairman Duncan,
As a lifelong Republican, Navy Veteran, and concerned citizen, I am appalled that Senator John McCain is even being considered as a candidate for President on the Republican ticket.
It amazes me that the media has the audacity to ask Congressman Paul if he belongs in the Republican party, when the obvious question would be to ask Senator McCain if he belongs in the Democratic Party.
What is going on here? The most conservative candidate, Congressman Ron Paul, has been marginalized and ignored by both our party, and the media. Congressmen Paul is "the gold standard of conservatism". It is extremely disheartening to see my party treat him as an outcast. It would appear, the Republican Party I once loved, has in fact, lost it's way.
The Republican Party has always stood for smaller government, lower taxes, individual freedoms, free markets, a strong national defense, and a foreign policy of non-intervention. To be, as Ronald Regan stated, the shining city on the hill, and a beacon of hope for the rest of the world. Unbelievably, our shining city on the hill is starting to dull, and the beacon of hope for the world is quickly fading.
I have, in the past, contributed to the Republican party. I will no longer offer my support to a party which chooses candidates that do not only not believe in the conservative platform, but act in the same manner by voting for legislation that opposes it.. I am no longer voting for the lesser of two evils, I am voting my conscious, regardless of the consequences, even If this means the Democratic candidate wins in the Presidential election.
You may believe that Senator McCain can pull the party together, but his blatant callousness of singing bomb bomb bomb Iran, at his speech in North Carolina reeks of warmongering. War is a serious matter. As a veteran, I cannot, and will not, support Senator McCain, who would then be Commander in Chief.
I firmly believe we should find and punish the persons responsible for any attack on our nation, or our people, even if we have to chase them to the gates of hell, however, I do not believe the seriousness of killing people should be taken so lightly.
It almost appears as if this was an intentional decision to push liberals into power. It seams to be working. Let us hope this not be the case. Unfortunately, as bad as this might sound, I would rather have the Democrats win instead of Senator McCain. At least I know what I am getting.
I am voting in the primary for Congressman Paul, and I will vote for Congressman Paul come November, even if I have to pencil his name on the ballot.
It is unfortunate the GOP has decided to zip up the tent when the only true conservative candidate tried to get in. Amazing. Amazing.
