I keep seeing all these posts about how delegates are what really counts and that's the RP strategy. So how many delegates do we have at this point? How many do the other candidates have?

i would like to know the total on DELGATES as well.

How can we find these numbers, are they (will they quickly be) available?

Basically, we need 1191 delegates to win the nomination. The plan that everyone seems to be talking about involves a "brokered" convention.. that is, if nobody gets nominated on their first (or in most states, second, third, and fourth) voice role calls, the delegates can vote whomever they want. That's why SOME people here have mentioned being shadow delegates and what not.

It's a decent plan, but we need to remember that we MUST win five states to be able to select Ron Paul in the role call vote.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to lend much credibility to this notion that somehow we're going to win this on some mysterious delegate strategy.
