What a strange choice. Picture of the week implies it's a picture of some memorable event or moment. That moment this week was not Ron Paul sitting by himself in an empty room, but Ron Paul in front of a crowd of 5,000 enthusiastic supporters.

Nah, PotW is often more artistic in nature. Look at the framing, the flag, the RP sign, the lights and of course, THE SHOES! Beautiful.
 
We should get him a comfortable recliner for every campaign headquarters so he can briefly chill between gigs.
 
I was there! It must have been before they let all of us adoring supporters in to watch his interview for PBS. The interviewer did not know when it was airing, so don't ask!

Man, the Time photo just makes me appreciate him soooooo much. I can't even imagine how exhausting it must be for him to campaign like this. He is out there every day fighting for all of us, carrying such a huge weight on his shoulders. Such an amazing man.
