He looked like he was freaking out. He was in a panic.

That's exactly what I thought even before the discussion started. In the camera shot right before the segment started, you could see his hands nervously fidgeting on the table with his eyes wide open (kinda scary looking), while Schiff is seen sitting with hands on the table calmly.

And then just as I predicted the scare tactics started falling out his mouth. National Security, National Security!!!!!!!!!!!

If its such a national security issue, why isn't Dept. of Homeland Security conducting the bailout??

Yea I saw most of the segment and I just burst out "PUNCH HIM IN THE F***ING FACE!" Even my roommate, who is against the bailout but doesn't take a lot of interest in it like we do, was saying "what an asshole, stop interrupting." And we were both laughin at who freaked out that guy looked.

I can't believe I know what's better for the economy then these so called 'experts'.

The government will learn soon enough. The market is a living breathing entity. It is supported on the backs of the people who produce and consume the products traded within the market. No means of control will be able to determine what sells or how the market reacts in the long run. No matter what you do, you won't be able to control it.

I hate that male CNN anchor. He is a prototype media douche.

The other economist got a disproportionately large amount of time compared to Schiff. He never shut up. The anchors should have moderated that better gave Schiff more time.
