I love how he keeps lumping Rand and Ted together, it is giving the Tea Party/conservative faction a form of laser focus direction that they need. If Rand Paul and Ted Cruz are the head of King's serpent, then conservatives need to make sure the head of the serpent does not get cut off.

There's a big difference between talking vicious nonsense out your ass and actually being dangerous.
Peter King embodies far more of the latter than he does of the former. Which is not to say he isn't dangerous.
But I don't see how he's really any more dangerous than any of the other boobs in the pro-war Establishment.

Anyone who might replace him is very unlikely to be any better policy-wise - and he does us a huge favor every time he opens his gob to yap about Rand being an "isolationist." (The man is single-handedly doing more to neutralize and discredit the "isolationist" smear than any one of "our people" could ever hope to do.) And then there are all the other things he moans & bitches about that are going to piss off the (genuinely) anti-establishment Tea Party types.

There is no rule that says that everyone who benefits the Liberty Movement has to be a "friendly" ...
