Barack Obama Per AZ Sheriff : Investigation found "Probable Cause" Obama birth certificate is forgery.
This kind of upset me, and has me wondering what's up with this entire story.

We followed the law and investigated and found out that he is a citizen. Ron himself would say that Obama was born here if asked. Here is a quote from an article about this "new evidence":
On March 1, 2012, Arpaio announced the investigation had found that "probable cause exists indicating that forgery and fraud may have been committed" in the release of Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate. A Hawaiian official stated that no one from Arpaio's office ever requested to inspect or collect documents related to the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate. The Phoenix New Times noted Arapio's report contained a "grand total of zero new information" and that everything in the report has already been debunked
Even Donald Trump backed off after the long form certificate was released why can't you just leave it alone? Do you honestly think this will ever lead to anything? RNC Chariman Steele, Sarah Palin, Limbaugh, all of them no longer talk about this because it made them look bad when the evidence came out that he was an American born citizen. Even the McCain/Palin campaign rejected it as false and decided not to use it in attack ads during the election.

That's what I am getting at, so don't tell me what he would say if asked.
Because he clearly thought it should be investigated, and gave justification, then 3 years later, he's promoting the line this administrations wants people to hear.
The issue is irrelevant, and so is the Constitution, if there is truth to the accusation and it is ignored ... YES ?

He was asked by a birther if it should be investigated and Ron looked to the Constitution (like always) for the answer and stated:
"We should know the truth and we should follow the rule, we should follow the law, we should follow what the Constitution says about who is qualified to be President. So, I am very open-minded about looking at all of that."
All that means is if there is any probable cause (or reasonable susp. depending on where you're at) it should be investigated because the Constitution says that the President must be a natural born citizen and if he wasn't that would in violation of the Constitution. It was investigated and proven that he is in fact an American citizen who was born in Hawaii.

The truth is known and it is that Barack Obama is a citizen of the United States of America who was born in the state of Hawaii and that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a terrible person who apparently only read one part of the Constitution and has no credibility. The "evidence" he has shown has been debunked and you can find the info for yourself through a simple Google search.
During the summer of 2003, when outside temperatures exceeded 110 °F (43 °C), which is higher than average, Arpaio said to complaining inmates, "It's 120 degrees in Iraq and the soldiers are living in tents, have to wear full body armor, and they didn't commit any crimes, so shut your mouths." Inmates were given permission to wear only their pink underwear.
In 2008, when Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon called for a federal investigation into Arpaio's immigration enforcement tactics, Arpaio's office responded by demanding the mayor's emails and phone logs. Arpaio also had his critic Maricopa County Supervisor Don Stapley, a Republican, arrested on suspicion of failing to properly disclose business interests
In an interview on the ABC Nightline news program, when asked to explain why 82 percent of cases were declared cleared by exception, Arpaio said "We do clear a higher percentage of that. I know that. We clear many, many cases -- not 18 percent." Nightline contacted the MCSO after the interview and was told that of 7,346 crimes, only 944, or 15%, had been cleared by arrest.
In 1998, Arpaio commissioned a study, by Arizona State University criminal justice professor Marie L. Griffin, to examine recidivism rates based on conditions of confinement. Comparing recidivism rates under Arpaio to those under his predecessor, the study found "there was no significant difference in recidivism observed between those offenders released in 1989-1990 and those released in 1994-1995."
Richard Post was a paraplegic inmate arrested in 1996 for possession of marijuana and criminal trespass. Post was placed in a restraint chair by guards and his neck was broken in the process. The event, caught on video, shows guards smiling and laughing while Post is being injured. Because of his injuries, Post has lost much of the use of his arms. Post settled his claims against the Sheriff's office for $800,000
Brian Crenshaw was a legally blind and mentally disabled inmate who suffered fatal injuries while being held in Maricopa County Jail for shoplifting. The injuries that led to his death were initially blamed on a fall from his bunk but were later discovered to have been the result of a brutal beating by jail guards on March 7, 2003.
On July 23, 2004 SWAT served a search warrant looking for "a stockpile of illegal automatic weapons and armor-piercing pistol ammunition" that they believed was hidden at an upscale home. In the course of serving the warrant, multiple tear gas cartridges were launched into the home. The result of which was the home catching fire. During the fire, SWAT forced the homeowner's 10-month-old pit bull puppy back into the home with a fire extinguisher, causing the dog's death. It was reported that the officers laughed over the incident. Also, the armored personnel carrier used during the assault ran over and damaged a neighbor's vehicle when its brakes failed. Police recovered two weapons; one antique shotgun; and one 9mm pistol. Both weapons are legal to own in Arizona. After failing to find illicit weapons the police served an arrest warrant for the owner who was also wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in Tempe Municipal Court on a couple of traffic citations
A federal judge ruled, in October 2008, that conditions in Maricopa County jails violate the constitutional rights of inmates. In April, 2010, the same judge ruled that conditions in the Maricopa County jails continue to violate the constitutional rights of inmates.

This has nothing to do with Obama or his citizenship or the forging of documents. I don't even see how you can think this relates to the conversation. Please tell me why you consider Joe Arpaio a credible person and trust him to defend the Constitution when he clearly hasn't read it?

I live in his State, and IMO, those who attempt to discredit his actions are in favor of amnesty, or are strong supporters of Obama and the progressive movement.
Yet none of this changes the aspect of a Sheriff, one of the highest LE positions within this country stating that probable cause exists, and that Congress should investigate.
Do you have a problem with knowing the truth ?
