PEACE, RPF, PEACE PLEASE

No no no.

We have to pre-emptively strike the trumporists, so that we can have peace. We have to make RPF safe for democracy!

Youre either with us, or youre with the trumporists....

But really though haha

that was not an answer. it was evasion.
pure and simple word games.
why don't you explain it for us simpletons sir. :)

There is no answer, it's a trick question.

Liberty is user definable, from person to person and results may vary, while anarchy simply means "lacking a ruler".

All of this running around between us is from me supposedly "dissing" the constitution.

Sorry, but the faults are the faults.

The anti-feds pointed all these faults out, tried to warn everybody what was happening in Philadelphia, and what would happen in the future: that the fedgov would become a huge, all powerful, tyrannical monolith, the states would become vassals and the president would become an "almost" king exercising plenipotentiary powers with abandon.

They warned all of this would be authorized by the constitution then being debated.

Now, try and tell me all that has not happened and I'll call you delusional.

Emmanuel Kant said there were four kinds of government:

Law and freedom without force (anarchy). - What all humanity should strive for.
Law and force without freedom (despotism). What we have now.
Force without freedom and law (barbarism). What we are about to get.
Force with freedom and law (republic). What the original plan called for e.g. the DoI and Aoc, and what you would probably call "liberty".

 I like it. (I used to know that, but I forgot. :()

No, but it failed at the task, making someone stop.

That said, I'm not of the idea it was powerless to stop it, especially with the Bill of Rights in place.

I think it has authorized this government, top to bottom, fair and square, legal beagle.

why does the CONstitution not authorize lasers on stop signs?
THAT would work! right? :)

your logic fails me.. sir. :p

Can you? Haven't heard it yet.

on RPF's, the two are one and the same. conceptually.
in the larger world both are pretty much unknown subjects.
on RPF's, I would describe Liberty...

as "enlightened anarchy"

how would YOU distinguish them sir?

Mcafee says Liberty means that your body and mind belong to yourself. Anarchy means that there is no authority, or laws. Most modern societies believe that in order to preserve the most liberty you need to have the rule of law. The noble lie Ron Paul talks about is that the government justifies doing whatever they want for the greater good of the country.

Who says it doesn't?

Theye just have not gotten around to it yet.

Give it time comrade.

And if anything would not authorize it, it would be the Bill of Rights, which you hate.

When peaceful change is made impossible, violent revolution is inevitable.

I realize youre calling for less name slinging and online hurting, but the root of the angst that exists on both sides will very soon spill over into the really real world, and the blood of many people will be spilled. We are failing to address the source of the anger, and that is, as a country, we have been $#@! on and dragged through the coals by our manipulative sociopathic warmongering representatives, who only really represent a continuation of the worst possible outcome. We have had it with people behind the scenes pulling strings. We are neck deep in corporations being given ever increasingly special treatment while human people are denied any path to a positive existence. We have empty pockets and see those who have something have achieved what they have by theft and coercion. We are held back by the laws that restrict us and enable them to behave the way they do.

Youre not going to simply "get rid of it". Its not just about Trump. It is about a buildup of "more of the same" from governments in general. That anger has been stoked and fed well before Trump, and will burn in the hearts and minds of the people long after Trump as long as the status quo maintains their stranglehold on the lifeblood of society. If you want to cast forth a meaningful change, then take this collective anger and redirect it to good use.
I agree with this.

You're no fun. :p

Stir the pot, rock the boat, rattle cages, yank chains, polarize, make waves, etc.. All in all, have a good fun educational time here. :D
This too lol

Childish to do it, but that's what makes the interwebz fun lol

Only two good reasons for ever doing anything, it's fun or it's educational. Sometimes you can get both rolled into one. Go for it! :D

95% of everything is crap!

what is the difference between Anarchy, and Liberty? AF.

have you ever explained that? can you?

Can you? Haven't heard it yet.

Federalist papers argued that liberty was not to be destroyed just because like air it fuels both life and the fire of anarchy -
think there is enough distinction written really.

Minarchy is not anarchy

Liberty is asking for permission from TPTB.

Anarchy just takes it (since no one really has the right nor authority nor power to grant or deny or refuse it).

And yes, HVAC... AF has explained it many times in his multi-tens-of-thousands of posts.
