Paul vs others chart

I would suggest you move all of the democrats to the far right and place Ron Paul to the far left. I think we want people to see Ron Pauls position first and the democrats last.

I don't have MS Office... could you possibly make a high-quality bmp, jpg, or PDF?

Thanks you for the Google Sheet

I posted on MYSPACE as well as RP's MySpace !

I went ahead and remade this in excel and posted to google. if you would like to collaborate, please PM me and I will invite you as a collaborator. Also, you may download the excel file from filesend.

Very nice. I downloaded the Excel version, tweaked it a little, and now it prints out very nicely in portrait form, instead of landscape as you had it setup. I cant wait to spam this thing. Thanks alot...

I introduced it (the old one) at my Meet-up group tonight and everybody loved it!

Great work!

I'll look for the tweaked version tomorrow.

Why the hell isn't this chart printed 10 million times and sent to would be voters ?

It gets right down to the issues and the nitty gritty without all the fluff the media brainwashes people with, like style etc

And I am sure we can add alot more to that list.. Like the "no tip tax".. Only Ron Paul supports that,, There are so many others..

.

Just wondering: Has anyone actually fact-checked to see if all of the positions stated for the other candidates are accurate? I would hate to be canvassing with this and have someone tell me that their favorite candidate's positions are misrepresented, undermining my credibility.

Excellent !! Everyone print this out and hand it out like a wild forest fire !!!!!!

It's cheap to do and there will be nothing more effective in opening eyes and minds to Ron Paul !!

Come on folks! This is cheap to do!! When you do your canvassing just leave by giving them this chart !! What does it cost? a cent for each one? Buying in bulk, a single piece of paper is dirt cheap !

It goes by 2 things-- their previous voting records and what they have said in the past.. Just tell them that.. Voting records! It's what they "do" , not what they say!

Fair enough, but I just don't know where the chart originally came from. Are we pretty sure that the other candidates are accurately represented based on their records?

Bumped . . . so we can get the latest of the latest out to EVERYONE!!

So . . . eh . . . .where's the latest version?

Nice chart, but I think Mike Gravel is COMPLETELY against the Iraq War... just sayin'.

The chart from 2decide.com looks very nice, but obviously the wording is very liberal.

Thanks for providing the Excel file! I like it, but I think we can spruce up the styles a little bit so it catches more attention and makes people more inclined to read it (like that 2decide one).
I'll try to remake it, or re-style the one we have so it has a more graphical appeal.

I think we should get rid of Gravel, Hunter, and maybe Kucinich (?) so that the chart is more concise?

I think it shows how Ron Pauls views are accepted and championed by some in the Democratic Party.

I say leave them in the chart.

Steps to make larger and print

does anyone know how to make this bigger?

Ok right click on the graph, save to documents. Then go into where you put the file and open it. It should open up in Microsoft Picture viewer, click on edit. Resize it and then print. I just did it and it worked. I resized it to 125%. If you have any questions let me know. This is a great tool when you are talking to people. Also something you could leave in a lunch room for people to look at it while they are eating their lunch. :D

This chart is nice for people who already agree with lots of RP positions, but might it not turn them away if they see four or five issues where they currently don't agree with RP?

For example, I can imagine a lot of people seeing a whole bunch of rows where only RP and a few Democrats have checks. The conclusion they will draw is that RP is a closet Democrat.
