Paul tied for second nationally?

The state is reporting he is tied with Gingrich for 2nd with 17% in a new Reuters/IPSOS poll, but I've been able to find mention of this anywhere else.

That means we're doing better with GOP voters than I'd thought, and we need both sides of the aisle in our side to beat Obama!
