This would work real well....

At giving the MSM the ammo they need against him.

I mean they already tried to get him on his earmark bills. IMO this would most certainly be used against him. (especially if ALL candidates ARE NOT taking the money as well) I just don't like this idea, it seems like a surefire way to backfire on everyone.

I'm really not worried about losing current RP supporters. Alas though, with the MSM pounding this home, he would be torn apart. (it won't matter what other candidates have as far as inconsistencies, RP will be dean'ed).
