We all know Ron Paul supporters have no land lines, and those that do don't trust strangers that call(they think they are FBI Secret Service or worse NSA) Ron Paul supporters never voted before, because they all turned 18 in 2007.

I have a friend who knows a guy, that knows another guy that does polling for democrats that says that Ron Paul is polling 10% in demo polling.

So lets add this up

18yo's not polled 5%
Democrats not polled 10%
Ron Paul supporters with no land line 15%
Percentage coverage of my ass with hair 4%

Lets total this up.... Ron Paul gets 34% and if he doesn't I will request a recount or move to Canada.

Well obviously the Neo-Cons see McCain as their pro-War Alpha-Dog. We have to stop this.

I guess you missed his sarcasm completely. I still don't find polls accurate, Obama they had winning by 8-12%(Up to 15% difference) and Hillary won by 3%. I don't know if there was fraud or not but I'm glad we have people checking. Have to keep Diebold in line ;) I agree with Ron Paul's decision not to recount though of course he explained his reasoning quite well.

I guess you missed the fact that the polls were pretty correct with regards to Paul. As for the democrat race, I could give two shites about the accuracy of the polls...

I've never been polled, but that said I would be very excited to pull a solid 9% here in Michigan. Here's why:

1) No television commercials
2) Limited radio topic exposure, NAFTA is great, but we could have used more
3) Minimal Ron Paul campaigning in Michigan
4) All effort has been by the grassroots

We have more signs than anyone here, and I've personally received commitments from 15-17 friends/family to vote for Ron Paul who have never previously voted in a primary. But as in the other states we are outnumbered by the "show up n vote for the tv winner" crowd..

I for one will be excited for 5th place and 9% here in Michigan. Anything more has to be considered a huge upset.

How are we even getting 9%, with no campaign presence there?
It's simple
All the people i know in Michigan that are for Ron Paul are all extremely militant about their support. The only other signs i see around Detroit are Mitt Romney signs and the ratio is about 20-1 in favor of Ron on the sign displaying. The only bumper stickers i see are all Ron Paul or left over Kerry/Edwards stickers from the last election. His message really is powerful here but it needs to get out. They are morons at the campaign if they don't start running commercials right now. I think it's possible that Ron could do better than the polls but honestly i see Romney winning 1st. It didn't have to be like that, the campaign should have really used this opportunity. I really think he could have had an actual shot on getting the union vote and i tried to pull some strings to get him a speaking engagement at the headquarters a few months ago that would have actually happened if i would have gotten a confirmation back from the campaign but i never even got a return call or e-mail. Somebody was asleep at the wheel on Michigan. I have done my best on my own and have converted almost my entire family (which is huge BTW) and almost every friend i have. All this would have taken by the campaign was a little attention. Him not making first is not the fault of the grassroots here, it's the fault of the campaign.

RP is going to BLOW AWAY his poll numbers in one of these states.
Let's hope it's Michigan or SC or BOTH!

Are you drunk and/or high? The polls in NH were nearly dead-on. I thought that we've already established that the polls are, for the most part, somewhat accurate.

You are the one that must be high!!!
If you aren't aware, the votes were rigged to show less than 10%.
The polls aren't even close... damn it, get a clue.

People in MI are hurting economically. I have a couple of friends that live up there...I saw them over the holidays and they already KNEW about Ron Paul AND all the corruption going on in the elite class.

They wanted a yard sign to take home with them, so I gave them one.

I've lived in 8 mile and E. Lansing, and I have to say Michigan is one of the most liberal places I've seen in a while. Besides the cops, this is why it would be so easy to win over votes in that State. If we lose Michigan, I'm just going to work harder to win Everyone in Ny, to replace their votes.

What's going on with the local papers? I know someone was setting up an ad campaign for local papers..
