Paul AT 9% in Michigan

Michigan is very urgent and important

Lol, not bad. We're owning Rudy and FredHorn Leghorn.

I think independents can vote in that primary, no? If so, we should court the antiwar vote there, since the Dem race is not contested. Obama is not even on the ballot.

Indys and Dems can vote for Ron. :)
Michigan is very urgent and important.

Are we gonna make the same assumptions for every state? We need to learn from our mistakes (whatever they are from state to state) so they we improve from state to state.

Believe the polls /\ Don't believe the polls !!!! Someone make up my mind!

I was in the Detroit suburbs around New Year's, and I saw only ron paul signs. Not many, but definitely 0 other candidates. There's some presence there.

I can honestly say in the last 3 months I have only seen 2 Mitt signs, 1 hillary yard sign and a hillary bumper sticker. And I travel the state a lot. I have seen litterally hundreds and hundreds of RP signs. On businesses, yards, rural areas, farmland, expressways, everywhere.

I guess if that's any indication....

I was up in Monroe County and our group was getting lots of honks from passing cars. One even had a bumper sticker, another car stopped by for more info. 4th place is possible.

The polls are useless in this primary. Dem cross overs will prove that. The pollsters aren't telling Dems that their vote is essentially useless, nor are they asking Dems whether they plan to cross over to muck up the Republican primary.

Democratic voters planning to vote in the Reublican primary are included in these polls. First time voters are also included.

They don't poll from Republican voter rolls. They poll everyone, and then they narrow it down based on how certain the voter reports he or she is to vote.

What they can't capture is how many people don't decide who they will vote for until the day of the primary, or who don't decide they will go until the day of the primary.

Beating Thompson and the Ghoul is key. Keep knocking their dicks in the dirt until they drop out. Its a battle of attrition.

Thompson may go before Super Tuesday.
Romney needs a win badly. If he doesn't get one soon, he will drop out.
Rudy is low on cash and counting on Florida to save him. He might stay in his coffin if he fails.

Huckabee is good to have around for a little longer.
McCain will self implode under the weight of his ego. In a three way debate between these two, Ron Paul will destroy.

I hope that the campaign is telling every Obama supporter to Vote for Ron Paul, because even though there are no delegates at stake for the dems, the media will still be reporting the vote count to determine support for someone. And if they all vote for Ron, They can say that a vote for Ron is a vote for Obama and then its win win. Obama will still have his support, and Ron can win Michigan and then its 2 anti war candidates in November!!

Thats impressive considering the campaign is spending very little there, especially compared to the other candidates. At least a 4th place win will be a positive trend.

Also impressive considering the GOP base is a bunch of f*cktard neocons.

Oh.. Im gonna go out on a limb here and guess.. oh I dont know..

GRASSROOTS MAYBE?

Crossover Democrats?
The Democrat primary doesn't count for anything (no delegates)
It's an open primary.

I'd tell Democrats in Michigan (by robocall?)
about Anti-War Republican Ron Paul.

Obama isn't on the MI ballot cuz of the 'penalties' imposed by the DNC so we have a very good chance of getting a lot of dem votes from folks who just can not vote for Hillary.

Are you drunk and/or high? The polls in NH were nearly dead-on. I thought that we've already established that the polls are, for the most part, somewhat accurate.

I guess you missed his sarcasm completely. I still don't find polls accurate, Obama they had winning by 8-12%(Up to 15% difference) and Hillary won by 3%. I don't know if there was fraud or not but I'm glad we have people checking. Have to keep Diebold in line ;) I agree with Ron Paul's decision not to recount though of course he explained his reasoning quite well.

I think it must be a result of the SC debate.

Paul really knocked that one out of the park!

The Kos crew are goin to try to f the Republican nomination up for us by crossing over and voting for Mitt Romney. Not that they've been all that successful in getting their guy elected before.

The polls are rigged, until we get closer to the election. Then they can be checked. The Michigan election is getting closer. There is no reason for RP's poll numbers to go up in Michigan as he has not been campaigning there, nor running ads. His poll numbers are going up so the pollsters can cover their ass.

btw - the final Iowa polls from 10 major pollsters averaged to 6% and RP got 10%.
